What does the price include

Places and forms of payment

For the application for a place, we ask that you make the online registration by completing all the required information such as the name and surname of the participant, date of birth, emergency telephone number, medical restrictions with details, a passport-type photo, which it facilitates the identification especially the first days, and very important, confirmation of place in bus.

DOSSIER FOR PARENTS: a dossier will be sent to the parents by email with detailed information about the camp (rules, advice, clothing, etc.) before the start of the camp. This dossier can also be downloaded from the client area.

SELECTION OF WEEKS:

  • The option is given to be able to book from one to four weeks.
  • Possibility to choose the theme in English of playful camp, football, basketball, dance or robotics * (for the Robotics camp in English it will be necessary to reserve two weeks as a minimum and on the dates marked, this will have an additional cost yet to be determined Depending on the material selected, they must first be informed in our offices of the dates that are offered, in addition to the economic bonus that participation in this Robotics camp implies, since all the children will go home with the Robot they build, in addition to some piece in the 3D printers that we will have, if once the final price is communicated, it is not possible to change the subject or cancel the reservation).
  • The weeks do not have to be correlated.
  • Each reservation will be added to your " Reservation Summary ".

Not having paid the total payment 25 days before, at the most, from the beginning of the camp, you can incur the cancellation of the place to allow others on the waiting list to register in our camp automatically. This rule applies to both partner agencies and those who directly reserve the camp with us.

BOOK THROUGH DELEGATES / ACADEMIES: If you have made your reservation through an academy, agency or collaborator of our group, you have to remember that for successive years, you will always have to contact and make the reservation through said collaborator . The price is always the same, do it with us or through them, and therefore we do not accept that in successive years we are contacted when it comes through a collaborator, unless it disappears or you do not want or can give service at that time in successive years. If this is the case, inform us of the situation and we do the procedure, but remember that you should always go to your English school or agency with whom you have made your first reservation in our camps. In any case, we have registered in our system as a client of our collaborator and this will allow us to identify you as such always with an alert that skips, associated with your person if you contact us in the future. You can call us if you have questions about the camp, but remember that you are a client of our collaborator first.

Cancellation policy

Those who are parents know that in the period since we make a reservation in a camp like ours, in which the seats fly for their quality, until it is time to leave the children, many things can happen : that we change the holidays, that we lose the job, that the children are taken by the grandparents, that they suspend subjects, that they break an arm ... We apply cancellation fees quite similar to those of the rest of the camps in Spain . However, in a camp like ours, if you cancel us at the last minute, we run the risk of losing that position, besides having left others without the possibility of leaving the camp they so desired for their children. Therefore, these are the conditions in which refunds are made of the bonds or full or partial payments of the camp:

Remember that a justified cause implies official papers that demonstrate it

  • With a justified cause (children’s holidays, incompatible parents’ holidays) the following refunds will be made: 100% of the deposit 45 days before the beginning of the camp. 50% of the deposit between 45 and 30 days before the start of the camp. 25% of the deposit between 30 and 20 days before the beginning of the camp. No refund between 20 and 0 days before the start of the camp.
  • With serious cause (breakage of bones or diseases of children, serious illnesses of parents) the following refunds will be made: 100% of the deposit 30 days before the beginning of the camp. 75% of the deposit between 30 and 20 days before the beginning of the camp. No refund between 20 and 0 days before the start of the camp.

Important: If the full payment has already been made, it means that we are very close to the beginning of the camp. If they want to cancel in this case, they leave us an empty space, and the cancellation fee is mandatory to put it into practice. Once the camp has started, since the participants enter it, no refund will be made
