Tuesday we started the day off with a dual of the day! We played t-Rex ball. It was the yellow team vs the orange team. Unfortunately the orange team lost but it was lots of fun. Then we did stretches and separated the kids in two groups to reviews some vocabulary and history of Leon to prepare for the excursion tomorrow. We also played games and had the campers write their first diaries. Then we split the kids into groups to play soccer, basketball and do arts and crafts. I did arts and crafts and we had the campers make signs for their cabins. After that we had lunch. In the afternoon we played jeopardy this was definitely my favourite part of the day as the kids had to answer various trivia questions. When we finished the campers all went to the pool to swim and do sports. It was another amazing day at GMR!
