Thursday we went to Asturias for the descenso de sella. We woke up very early and got on the bus around 8:00 AM. When we arrived we all got into our boats and started down the river. It was very cold in the morning but it warmed up quickly. We stopped a few times and then eventually stopped at the side of the river for lunch and had sandwiches. Then we continued down the river, it was a beautiful day. After that we returned home late at night and had dinner. I really liked the canoeing, the river and surrounding mountains were incredibly beautiful and it was a great activity for the children.
