Wooo what an awesome day!! Best day of the summer by far (I even say it was better than the beach day 2 weeks ago and for ME as an Australian that's a big call!) We spent the day canoeing down el río Sella in Asturias.
So. Much. Fun.
It was a long bus ride but I slept the whole way so no big deal but once we got there the fun started. We entered the river through a super fun canoe slide/shoot. Awesome. Then we spent the whole day canoeing the river and stopping every now and then to wait for the slow pokes but eventually we made it to half way for lunch. Soaking wet but happy as Larry.
After lunch we started again but then it started raining. Which actually made it 10 times more fun. Beautiful scenery and such a fun experience. Would definitely return again.
So tired now but such a amazing day.
