Today we spent the day at the river!! A short drive followed by a 40 minute hike through gorgeous landscapes and we were there. What a lovely swimming area, there's a diving board and both shallow and deep areas for the kids to swim and paddle.
We had a picnic lunch of sandwiches and melon. There's also a cafe next to where we were so the kids could get sweets and ice cream after lunch.
We went in different groups on a short hike to a nearby waterfall - very impressive.
It was a really great relaxing day for everyone!! Now I'm waiting for the 'Night of Terror' to start........ ????????????????????
