Wednesday, July 13 Today saw our campers recovering from their night of terror with the monitors. We did our warm-ups to the Cha Cha slide (a true exercise in taking directions), and some stretching to wake up the tired ones. Today we spent the day at the river!! A short drive followed by a 40 minute hike through gorgeous landscapes and we were there. What a lovely swimming area, there's a diving board and both shallow and deep areas for the kids to swim and paddle.    We had a picnic lunch of sandwiches and melon. Today we had our Camp Olympic Games - what great fun. 12 teams were chosen at random so we had a variety of ages in each. Teams competed in Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Relay races , Swimming and Trivia.   Teams had 30 minutes at each station. I was in charge of swimming. Day 10 was a nice relaxed day at the river. We started it with a mini hike to the river an once we got there we spread out and put out our blankets and lied down. Sunday, July 10th -  Olympics Day at Camp! We had all kinds of activities: basketball, swimming relays, dive contests, football, even trivia!
