Yesterday was another interesting day at camp!!!   The highlight for me was 'The Egg Drop'!! A competition between teams to create a 'protector' for their egg so it could be dropped from a height.    Teams were given a plastic plate, some tissue, paper and a piece of foam. Excursion day! We took a long bus ride to Valencia de Don Juan and started with visiting a castle. It was really a wall not a castle but interesting nontheless. Fourth day was another normal day. However a little different to normal. We started with breakfast like always then we had English class straight away. In class we spent the time writing in our diaries and the we did tongue twisters. Surprisingly they did very well. We did a race of who could say "How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?" And Sergio was the faster with 3.46seconds!!...

Second full day of camp!! Same as the first more or less.  We started with stretches again and then we did the "Cha Cha Slide" dance. Great dancers we have. We finished off our posters for our teams and then presented them to the camp. Blue Stars are my favourite with our mascot Jimmy the Shark. Today we went on an excursion to 3 different places. Usually we start the day with class, but today we were having too much fun with our morning group activities to be bothered! Mo, one of my favorite English teachers, got the kids playing a game that required them to follow another player's movements. Easy, right? Our first full day at camp was a great success!! The kids are all settled into their rooms and cabins and already getting accustomed to camp life!!   In the morning we played some games and did dances, then split the camp into four teams.
